Cosplay Help for AX 2012

I'm cosplaying as America (Hetalia), but in his King of Spades outfit, and I can't find a light blue coat that resembles the one he wears. I also need a dark blue/purple vest to go underneath it. Any advice or shops you can think of to look would be most helpful! Oh, and I don't know how to sew. Just throwing that out there~
